Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eviorykit, including our website, member portal, browser-based business tools, digital product suites, and commercial license packages. By accessing the platform or purchasing any digital kit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eviorykit provides commercial digital product suites delivered electronically:

• Continuously Expanding Product Catalog: A turnkey digital product factory across two core product lines: Canva Editorial Suites and Interactive Learning Apps. The architecture is engineered to be extensible, automatically accommodating new digital products as our factory produces them.
• Interactive Business Tools: In-browser SaaS utilities for pricing calculation, copywriting generation, roadmap tracking, and customer PDF delivery, expandable as additional tools are released.
• Member Portal Access: Centralized dashboard access ("The Vault") to duplicate Canva templates, open learning app modules, and retrieve continuous product updates.

Your purchase of the All-Access Pass includes a Commercial Resale Rights License. Under this license:

• You May: Customize, rebrand, adapt, bundle, or sell the digital kits and templates as end products to your own clients or storefront customers (e.g., Gumroad, Shopify, Etsy, Stan Store, or personal domains) and keep 100% of your generated revenue.
• Client Retainers: Deploy the templates and frameworks in bespoke client deliverables, consulting packages, and agency service workflows.
• You May Not: Resell, redistribute, or extract the underlying software code of the Eviorykit platform itself, or publicly share direct login credentials to the private Eviorykit Member Portal.
• End-Customer Liability: While we provide the hosting infrastructure for the interactive web apps, you act as the merchant of record for your own sales. You are solely responsible for customer support, billing, and dispute resolution for your buyers. Eviorykit holds no liability towards your end-customers.

Eviorykit is offered as a one-time investment of $79 USD for the Commercial All-Access Pass (Master Business Kit). All prices are displayed and billed in United States Dollars (USD). There are no mandatory recurring subscriptions, monthly maintenance retainers, or hidden fees.

Purchasers receive lifetime access to the entire existing digital product catalog available at the time of purchase, as well as all subsequent catalog expansions, product releases, and platform enhancements provided under the 12-Month Release Pass included in the initial purchase. After 12 months, access to previously unlocked products remains yours forever, while access to new releases requires an optional renewal pass.

All customer transactions on Eviorykit are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Dodo Payments.

We support international payment methods including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payment data is handled in strict compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.

Eviorykit provides 100% digital, electronic delivery. No physical shipping is required.

Upon successful settlement confirmed by Dodo Payments, access to the Member Portal (The Vault) and your commercial license pass is provisioned instantaneously. An order confirmation is registered in our customer portal immediately.

Because Eviorykit delivers immediate digital access to Canva templates, interactive learning apps, dashboard tools, and commercial resale licenses upon completion of purchase, all sales are subject to standard digital product policies.

If you experience any verifiable technical difficulties accessing your member portal or redeeming your files that our team cannot resolve within 48 hours, or in cases of accidental duplicate billing, please contact our support desk at support@eviory.com with your order ID and proof of payment.

The platform software, source code, brand names "Eviory" and "Eviorykit", logos, and website layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of EVIORY. Deliverables created or rebranded by you under the commercial license belong to you.

Eviorykit provides AI sync protocols and educational guidance designed to work with external Large Language Models (LLMs). We do not provide the underlying AI processing power or API keys.

• Output Responsibility: Eviorykit does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, original, or free from third-party copyright claims. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all AI outputs before utilizing them commercially or publishing them.
• Commercial Use of Outputs: While our license permits commercial use of our products, you must adhere to the specific terms of service of the AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) you choose to run our prompts through.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
