Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eviorykit, including our website, member portal, browser-based business tools, digital product suites, and commercial license packages. By accessing the platform or purchasing any digital kit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eviorykit provides commercial digital product suites delivered electronically:

• 24+ Foundational Turnkey Modules & Evolving Add-ons: A starting foundation of 24+ complete product modules across 4 aesthetic themes (Ivory, Velvet, Noir, Jade), featuring editable Canva suites, brand assets, and Notion systems. The architecture is engineered to be extensible, allowing new modules and add-ons to be installed as development advances.
• Interactive Business Tools: In-browser SaaS utilities for pricing calculation, copywriting generation, roadmap tracking, and customer PDF delivery, expandable as additional tools are released.
• Member Portal Access: Centralized dashboard access ("The Vault") to duplicate templates, launch tools, install new modules, and retrieve continuous product updates.

Your purchase of the All-Access Pass includes a Commercial Resale Rights License. Under this license:

• You May: Customize, rebrand, adapt, bundle, or sell the digital kits and templates as end products to your own clients or storefront customers (e.g., Gumroad, Shopify, Etsy, Stan Store, or personal domains) and keep 100% of your generated revenue.
• Client Retainers: Deploy the templates and frameworks in bespoke client deliverables, consulting packages, and agency service workflows.
• You May Not: Resell, redistribute, or extract the underlying software code of the Eviorykit platform itself, or publicly share direct login credentials to the private Eviorykit Member Portal.

Eviorykit is offered as a one-time investment (currently $79 USD for the All-Access Pass). There are no mandatory subscriptions, monthly maintenance retainers, or hidden fees.

Purchasers receive lifetime access to the foundational 24+ modules and tools included in their package, as well as subsequent modular expansions, platform enhancements, and ongoing catalog updates provided under the Master Business Kit.

All operational tools operate directly within modern web browsers and do not require paid software licenses. Canva templates are designed to be fully customizable using free Canva accounts, with no third-party software subscriptions required.

Because Eviorykit delivers immediate, irrevocable digital access to downloadable design modules, Canva templates, interactive tools, and commercial resale licenses upon completion of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your member portal or redeeming your files, please contact our support team and we will promptly ensure your access is verified.

The platform code, brand names "Eviory" and "Eviorykit", logos, and website layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of EVIORY. Content and deliverables created or rebranded by you under the commercial license belong to you.

Results and earnings achieved from commercializing digital products vary according to individual marketing capabilities, target audience, execution, and economic conditions. Eviorykit makes no financial guarantees regarding specific income or conversion rates.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms as necessary. Any modifications will be reflected with the revision date at the top of this document. Continued usage following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance.
